Post A couple of Charlie pics
I cleaned out his tank today, and afterwards he is always particularly active as he checks to make sure everything is still where it should be :)
This is him next to his wheel.

Charlie always reminds me of "Willy Wonka & The Chocolate Factory" where Charlie is living just "getting by" and all of a sudden he is in the lap of luxury inside the glory of the chocolate factory...Your Charlie is indeed living inside his very own Chocolate Factory! Linda he is toooo cute. TOO cute! :-)

Those are such great pictures! May I ask.....what kind of camera are you using? I never can seem to get clear enough pictures of my ratties...always blurry. Is yours a digital or a regular camera?
I'm in the market for a good one.

Those were taken with a digital camera -a Fuji Finepix 4900. It isn't made any more and it was replaced by the Finepix 6900, which may itself have been replaced by now - but it does everything I want so I haven't thought about upgrading it.

I must admit I was pleased at how well they turned out, because they were taken through glass, using a flash, and I thought I would just get a lot of reflection.

Linda, I love your pics too. Always very clear and crisp.

Catma63? I have a digital camera and just love it. It's a sony cybershot 2.1 pixel. I've never regretted buying a digital camera. I had a friend who had this same camera and she let me borrow it. I didn't want to give it back so we broke down and bought our own. Digital cameras really rock because you can download straight to your pc. I'm very pleased with the quality of pics this camera produces.

Really? Do you get a bunch of rain there in Scotland too, like we do in Oregon, USA? That's what makes our state so green and beautiful. That pic was taken in Central, Oregon at about 3 or 4000 ft. ( I can't remember, I'll have to ask Nevets. aka Cliff Claven) Rolling Eyes

Charlie is sooooooooooooooooooo cute! And yes, I agree that the pics turned out lovely! If only I had the money for a decent digital camera right now. Oh well, I'll have to settle with my crappy 35 mm with NO zoom for the next couple months. What were the price ranges on those two cams mentioned?

Do we get rain? Do WE get rain?! roflmao roflmao

We Scots are born with webbed feet! :P

But yes, that's why we have lots of rivers and lochs and why it's so green here, so I suppose I shouldn't complain.

not as good as yours probably, but it does the trick for me... it's getting quite old though, and i'm thinking about getting one who can record short films too :-)
