I would do anything to have had an audio tape of her commentary while she was running her fingers up his tail!
It was one of those moments that makes a Mother get all teary eyed....I swear to God it was the cutest thing I have
ever seen her do and say!!!

Well it looks to me as if some very patient lil rat luvers hard work is finally paying off. I still dont understand why they were so freaked out with you and the girls in the first place. Adoreable pics cant wait to see more! Shaz

Mostly they are freaked out by me...
They are much more outgoing with the girls...  
That day...i just sat a few feet back and took pics...Do I look that mean?
I never tried to do anything wrong...I applied all different types of advice.
I dunno....in the rats eyes I think I did something wrong...so maybe I will just play the role of observer for a while?

I think I know what it is...you were unsure of them when you first got them..animals can sence that. Maybe you still arent sure about them completly and they still catch on to that? Shaz

I know at first my hands would always get really sweaty...but that absolutely went away...Thank God!!! 
I am really confident now when I scoop them up.
I am going to keep hanging in ther for sure!
Even my husband enjoys watching the girls play with the rats.
He has even tried to reach out to them a few times!

Slideing across the mattress works better then reaching out. Maybe ask your daughter how she did that. I know it sounds weird but maybe she has a special connection and can teach you how to unlock it? Shaz

Heheheeee!!! No kidding! I will!
When I say my husband was reaching out...I meant more along the lines of talking to them and making kissy noises...reaching out emotionally, not actually reaching to touch them. He is not the type of guy who gets all too involved with our animals. When I do hear him talking to them
it just means to me that he is happy they are here.
