Best ever mouse house |
|
An empty peanut butter jar.
I buy the large 780g peanut butter in a plastic jar. When its empty I usually wash it out & put it in the recycle bin but this time thought Ill give it to one of the mice groups. Well! Was that a hit! They loved it of course and got every little tiny bit of peanut butter out but then decided it was the best ever place to live. Go figure. There were so many mice asleep in that jar last night that I was convinced the ones at the back must have suffocated so woke them all up to find everyone was happy and fine.
They have lots of houses, cardboard boxes, coconut shells - you name it they have it but where do they go?

If they love it that much, drill a few holes in the back for air (just in case it tips over and they're stuck in there til you get to them) and leave it in. At least it's easily washable, right? I'd love to see a pic of them all crammed in there, esp with the PB label still on.
