Why not look into constructing one with PVC-coated wire and a sterilite under the bed tote?

Do you want to build one from scratch, or buy one?

You could check out ebay- they often have cages that are heaps cheaper than shop purchased ones, and that includes postage! You can even pick up brand new ones, or good quality pre loved cages. Worth a look

Martins has some nice cages for under $200 with shipping. My R695 (home to two sweet hairless girlies) came to $147 including shipping, and that would be plenty of room for boy ratties. If you're looking to spend a little less, the R695 is excellent as well, though I'm not sure of the cost at the time.

You can also buy chinchilla/guinea pig cages at your local pet store and just add levels if need be.
We got a large chinchilla cage almost the size of the R-695 that was $110CDN.
If you don't plan on adding any more rats, the large guinea pig cage is about $80CDN and you just have to get some kind of wire or shelving to add one level.
Just go to Petland or any other petstore that sells Hagen products.

Martin Cages are great if you can spend the money, but I bet an R-695 would be affordable, even with shipping.
There is also a decent rat cage that I have been seeing at Petsmart. It is about 30" long x 12" deep x 34" tall. It has several levels and would work for 3 boys. I can't find it at Petsmarts website, but it is in the store.
