making a play castle, advice plz |

I have collected lotsa milk cartons boxes and plastic containers with the intention of making a play castle for the girls but I have one problem, I'm not sure how to join it all together.What can I use that will be safe for them, coz I know they'll chew it straight away!Anyone have any ideas??

we use packing tape to put our packs castles together. Oh and make sure you can reach into every box, because ours tend to "hide" in the hardest spot to reach when its time to go back in their cage

Be sure any tape you use stays stuck to the cardboard. I had some tape come undone and a rat got stuck to it temporarily (because I used cheap tape) but he did not like it one bit!
