Guess Im lucky most of my males accept each other pretty readily. I do have 2 though that cant get along with anyone. They just have to stay seperated :/
If I do decide to throw someone together it usually takes a few hours to a day for them to stop squabbling

Depends on how bad the fighting is and how much time you can put in to peace making.
You could try "play time" out together, preferably at the same time every day, that way they will look forward to play time and will get use to the other males company gradually. I do that with new males I am trying to get together. Play time every day, starting with ten minutes supervised then gradually over a month or so I leave them longer and longer until one day they stay out overnight in the play area, which can be a spare cage or one of the large plastic bins if you don't have other animals that may hurt them. I keep the play area free of houses and just put in an old towel (lots of tunnels in the folds) and sometimes a few tubes, like paper towel tubes. The theory is the less there is to fight about the less they fight and it seems to work. After they have been living together happily for a few weeks I give them houses, until then they sleep in the folds of the towel.
It does depend on how bad the fighting is though. If they immediatly rip into each other and blood is flowing I would forget it, I don't think they will ever live together without one eventually killing the other. If there is just a bit of shoving hang in there, they will probably work it out. If one tries to put his head under the others stomach or chin you are on a winner, they will be best friends in a few weeks.
Good luck and let us know how they get on.

I used to house males together with no fighting, even when they were breeders. But now, most males I have fight. As I show most of them, I am not prepared to risk the slightest ear nick, so I just house them seperately. I have 2 that live together with the occassional scuffle, and one that is living with his 2 sons as he helped mum raise them, and 2 young brothers that I hope to keep together.
Have your boys been bred? If so, then your chances of them living together again are pretty low. But if they haven't bred, you may be able to get them back together, by slowly introducing them on neutral territory, for a few minutes at a time, then increase the time as they get along(follow what lauramouse said).
You may find that even with the biggest tank you can get, boys will still fight. I had this problem when I had 4 housed in a huge tank that easily fits 10 girls.
In my opinion, and from my experiences, male mice are happier alone. Since I have had them seperate, they haven't gotten sick, and have better coats and look overall happier and healthier. Just make sure a lone boy has lots to do, like a wheel, tunnels, climbing ropes, and you handle him heaps.

Separate them. Male mice are predominantly solitary animals.

i thunk that the "Play Time" is a good idear so i might try that, there are 2 males a hav taken out of my huge male tank cause thy always start fight but get along quite nicely with eachother (they are brothers) so i hope this works cause i have a limited space of room and i already hav 6 tanks! i need more room and a nother tank wont be helping!

My experience has been that the males that live together are best of best friends and are often devistated when one dies. The males I have living in pairs or in groups are by far happier than the solitary males, and seem to have less health problems, but that is just my experience.
It does warm your heart when you walk past a group of males and they are all sitting together, little noses touching, sound asleep or grooming each other. They look so happy and content.
