Yes, as do most males of any species. I have one male and three females. So far have not noticed any odor with the females. I have to be sure to keep after the male's cage more often due to his smell. Once a week cage cleaning is more than sufficient for him. Otherwise the odor isn't bad at all, if even detectable.

Male mice are very territorial - which is why they are largely kept alone. They like everything to smell just like them, so they mark everything in their cage. Everything. All that marking adds up, and you get that nice male mouse smell.
My boyfriend says it smells like boiled shrimp I currently have 3 lone males, and 3 more still in with Mom (getting their own cages in a day or so). My 3 lone males don't really have a noticeable smell unless I stick my head over their tank - you can't smell it otherwise.

Aw geeze, it does smell like boiled shrimp. Thanks, Shanna. I'll never have seafood again.

I suppose it different among individuals, but my one male would smell worse in two days than the cage full of females did in a week. Luckily neutering took care of that and allowed him to move in with the females.
