 Testicles dropping |

I just bought a baby rat and his testis are not visible. He is about 2 months old. I got him from a breeder far away from me. He has a sack? for his testicles, but he doesnt have testicles. Does anyone know if he will eventually drop them? Has this ever happened to anyone? Is he infertile? Will there be complications later?
