Winter said I was getting a Dumbo Berk.

She looks sooo sweet, but what exactly does a Berkshire mean>>

Is it some kind of Fur grade or marking?? Like a rex or something??

You can see a pic of a berk here.

Basically it's a type of marking where the majority of the coat is one color but the belly and feet are white.

Sorry for the close photo, but this is a Berk... a Black Berk...his name is Yin-Yang.

I have another named Morgan as well, he is a Brown Berk.

Enjoy... Once they relax some and I get someone else to take the picts I'll show you their belly

berkshire refers to a solid colored body with a white stomach....

Yin-Yang has a belly like this...I just can't keep him still enough.

Peachy also stated when I picked him up, he was a Black Berk..

Cyber, she wasn't referring to the belly markings. She was referring to where you called Morgan brown. He's an agouti. wink

Wow! My black rex Berk named Casper has perfect markings! The only thing she misses is a Blaze mark...darn it! Oh well, I Love her anyway.

Alana would like to complain about the posting of that link.

She had delusions of being a Berkshire, but apparently the tiny black spot on her belly button (1mm in diameter) is enough to disqualify her Sad

Personally though, I’m very happy than I managed to get 3 girls from a pet store that at first glace look like genuine Berkshires Mr. Green
