 Where can I find wire mesh? |

I am looking to buy a small quantity of wire mesh (approx 3' x 4') to build a new cage. However, all the websites I have found only seem to sell very large quantities. And the local Home Depot/Lowes doesn't have any PVC coated mesh. Does anyone know where I can order this?

I was going to say Home Depot but you already looked there. I don't know where else. So basically my post is completely useless. It is important however that I appear to be helpful.

I've bought it at garden centers before although it's hard to find small size mesh that is coated.

If you can't get plastic coated, powder caoated is another idea, most DIY places will cut it to size for you. I bought loads of little bits from a pet store too. I have a terenzianni cage which has wire floors and I bought loads of inserts for it from there. these pieces were three foot by eighteen iches. I don't know if that helps???

I looked at the Custom Cage Works website, but I thought they only sold custom made cages, not just the mesh. However, I emailed them to inquire.

You can also buy just single panels from Martin's Cages (www.martinscages.com) if it's a panel that comes in one of their cage sizes. I custom built a cage using various panels from different sized cages for my sr ratties.
